Park Area Developments was formed in 1998 as a property development company specialising in residential conversions and redevelopment primarily in Glasgow's West End, Park Area and other selective residential locations throughout central Scotland. The company aims to sympathetically renovate properties to the highest possible standard. Park Area Developments have had many public successes, including a recent article in the magazine "Homes and Interiors Scotland" and a feature the Channel 4 television show, "Location, Location, Location".
